The 26/2 is a transformative Hatha yoga class, derived from the Ghosh lineage of yoga from Kolkata, West Bengal India. The class follows a well established sequence of postures. The number 26 is the combination of the 13 standing postures & 13 floor postures, the 2 represents the two breathing exercises. This class is designed, not only to stretch but strengthen every ligament, tendon and muscle of the body while improving the joints. This class is highly effective at healing and preventing injuries, while creating a strong mind-body connection.
You are guaranteed to feel cleansed, and energized, inside out, bones to skin, fingertips to toes! 26/2 is appropriate for beginner’s.
