Yin Yoga
Yin is a gently paced class where passive poses are held for 3-5 minutes in order to access the connective tissues of the body, tendons, facia, and ligaments at a deeper level. Yin not only improves flexibility but the flow of prana (energy) throughout the body. This practice will challenge your mind, enhance the fluidity of your body and leave you with a deep sense of peace. This class is appropriate for all fitness levels.
